THE OWNER

blogging serves as a memory machine that helped document the chronicles of the owner's life since 2005.

the owner has all rights to express opinions on this site and believes that no one should judge, comment and condemned because everyone have different perceptions of things around them.

running have always been and always will be the owner's favourite sport. in the past one year, the owner took up fencing, windsurfing and mountaineering to better help strengthen the body and mind. other sports that the owner loves are swimming, badminton, table tennis, xcountry, track and field, trekking, snorkelling, scuba diving, field hockey, biking, rugby. the sky is not the limit.

the owner has always been fascinated with music and believes that it is the universal language that gets across any barrier. all time favourite genres includes pop rock, punk rock, classical, flamenco and acoustic being the current one. guitar, the chosen instrument, has been with the owner since may 2007. all-things-guitar are self-taught, as the internet is a wonderful source of learning.

the love for travelling, the owner believes, has been nearly-explicitly written down on this blog. "the love for travelling" is actually an understatement, for the owner live to travel. the places that the owner have been to, although not that many yet, are pieces of puzzles that have taken their place in the owner's heart and soul and words are certainly incomparable with actual experiences.

photography has since played a major part in documenting the owner's travel experiences. thanks to the invention of cameras, the ability to capture emotions and actions of people and the awe of mother nature are made possible. a picture, and may the owner say a good one, paints a zeallion words. and that is the beauty of photography.

movies watched: none so far. oh how abt dramas watched!? games of thrones and merlin!

hancock
try combining superman and the life of a heck-care dude, you get hancock. will smith's latest movie doesnt wow me for the fact that the show lacks originality, a proper storyline and a reasonable ending. thou the camera shots tgt with the effects are good, some of which are brainless. take the scene of the washed up whale on the beach, do u think that will ever happen? and that hancock threw the whale on a sailboat. now, that will never happen. aint worth the money. so i advise you to watch online.

street kings
looking at the theatrical poster with keane reeves posting with a gun, you would think that this show is full of actions and firepower. well, you got that point right. however, the storyline is extremely dull. i believe the bloody scenes are the only interesting bit. other then that, the show is juz a waste of money.

the mummy 3: tomb of the dragon emperor
thought it was a good movie not till aft the show my friends commented that the mummy was unrealistic but come on la, its a show abt mummies and some dude who sparked off the entire series of events. loved the one whereby the horse head got chopped off ha! the computer work of creating those mummies are awesome. however, the movie talks abt eternal life?...thats so not true. and the yati comes from china? nah...

fearless
this movie shows the life of a man, huo yuan jia. jet li plays the male lead whom i thought was perfect bcos of his outstanding martial arts. i dislike the boring conversations when he was casted away somewhere to the country side and decided to pluck weeds before finally returning to his hometown. the movie sound was very poor. parts of it were loud, parts of it were soft. overall, a good movie but i wished there could be more actions. still, i couldnt believe he died of poisoning and i refused to.

the secret world of blackjack reveal the trick of counting cards. the idea of this movie was base on a true story of three man. this movie can be placed along side with ocean 11 and its other sequel. the story is quite predictable however the ending was unexpected. a penny for a thought?
