blogging serves as a memory machine that helped document the chronicles of the owner's life since 2005.
the owner has all rights to express opinions on this site and believes that no one should judge, comment and condemned because everyone have different perceptions of things around them.
running have always been and always will be the owner's favourite sport. in the past one year, the owner took up fencing, windsurfing and mountaineering to better help strengthen the body and mind. other sports that the owner loves are swimming, badminton, table tennis, xcountry, track and field, trekking, snorkelling, scuba diving, field hockey, biking, rugby. the sky is not the limit.
the owner has always been fascinated with music and believes that it is the universal language that gets across any barrier. all time favourite genres includes pop rock, punk rock, classical, flamenco and acoustic being the current one. guitar, the chosen instrument, has been with the owner since may 2007. all-things-guitar are self-taught, as the internet is a wonderful source of learning.
the love for travelling, the owner believes, has been nearly-explicitly written down on this blog. "the love for travelling" is actually an understatement, for the owner live to travel. the places that the owner have been to, although not that many yet, are pieces of puzzles that have taken their place in the owner's heart and soul and words are certainly incomparable with actual experiences.
photography has since played a major part in documenting the owner's travel experiences. thanks to the invention of cameras, the ability to capture emotions and actions of people and the awe of mother nature are made possible. a picture, and may the owner say a good one, paints a zeallion words. and that is the beauty of photography.

movies watched: none so far. oh how abt dramas watched!? games of thrones and merlin!

when it comes to sch work, regardless if its projs, presentations, reports or any that needs to be done with another person, dont expect good grades!
it took me 6 months in my freshman year to figure that TEAMWORK doesnt really exist in my class. basically, my class is broken up into 3 clusters: [sg ppl, foreigners, heck care ppl] then in yr 2: [sg ppl, ppl who work, freeloaders] and in my final yr: [sg ppl, ppl who work, rejects].
being a perfectionist in my work tends to irritate ppl with my 'arrogant attitude' and i dont care! i demand top quality work so it doesnt affect my grades. i grp with those i could trust and is a contributor in the team (most of the time r boy n i have to accept the rejects). i hate last min work (i have to admit that im guilty of that!) and i hate those who take a 5% report as a joke! bcos it could be the reason for an A.
alright, even oxford work isnt always the only factor making the grade. take into account those bias lect who favors a certain grp of students, who always find faults with those normal student like me, who award higher marks to top students, who shooo students off when they asked qns...only to be shooo-ed back with 'you should have ask me in class' kinda cover-up-ur-fault-for-not-being-a-responsible-lect defensive statement. bleh~ i dont take bullshits and impossible as an excuse. just give me the quality i want! right r boy?
i hate those who:
-complains thou the work isnt much
-doesnt do work
-back stabbed teammates on the losing end
-cant find resources on their own
-ask endless qns and still dont get it
-cant take initiative
-do stuff last min thou umpteen times of reminders
-pushes their responsibility around
-thinks of themself instead as a team
-demoralise their teammates
-shake their leg and command ppl to do stuff
-talks a whole loads of crap, in the end was try to push the work to someone else
etc...
any that will have an impact on my overall grade, im v strict. i refuse to take setbacks. this is why i do the finishing touches most of the time, unless i really trust that person's work.
you ask, why study so hard for?...to start with, i hate being looked down and ive got this thingy of not losing to others. if someone is better then me, why cant i? i hate losing to foreigners and i dont care how good they are! if ive failed knowing i gave my best, i wont regret. the only regrets one have is not trying at all. LAZY is not a very good excuse. SICK OF IT is not a very good excuse either. its rather to face it then have them haunting you till who knows when. work shouldn be stressful! my advice to u when stress gets to ur head and u are goin to explode, go take a nap.
