to truly confront your broken pieces is to face it

since breaking the acl again, ive been attending my physio regularly, started 7s thou i wished i had played but not possible in my condition and it sucked, started running, swimming, signed a 6mths membership at the nearby gym since early aug and had been gyming almost everyday (the toughest was on days that i felt nuaing at home but mind and legs dont agree so ended up at the gym), started 15s but have yet to get green light from doc lol, learnt taping, learn that investing in a good brace is worth it (since i haven gotten rid of the fear of being tackled),...

im focus
im willing to train hard
i must get this right

for all the times that ive doubted and hence regretting it now, i must never return to the past.

im stronger
