cny is coming up and vday is round the corner. i foresee many zombies combing src meeting the day the roses arrive. really, the thought of goin msia two weeks from now kinda wipe out what i wanted to type. excited la!
a clue of what choon rboy huan and i will be doing is...the same as last yr? plus a gist of extra fun! sumptuous food! scenic hike! and watever comes~ i cant wait! the past week have been meaningful. had been swimming/gyming/++ so alive~ if you haven been out there exercising, DONT be such a nag, complaining every part of your body. my logic is simple; exercise or shut up. i realise theres a trend of reasons when asking friends out for exercise. enough. i conclude, ask club mates instead (least they wont let u down). on 10, 11 and 17, i volunteered myself for red cross's proj rice. aside from the cca pts and free tee, i learnt that asking people to donate a cup of rice isnt easy and the publicising effort before the event...tedious. althou been assigned to grps and splitting the job, knocking on every door + explaining the event over a trillion times takes a whole lot of determination and encouragement! no kiddin' being a senior to those bbss kids who helped bcos of cip hrs (very typical), we cant slack off ourselves! at the end of every door, i could have given up but smth meaningful dragged me thru. i realise a huge bunch of ah mas and ah gongs were gonna benefit from this proj. on 17, skipped trg for the collection of rice! was appointed area ic (tot i nv will) and am glad i was able to manage those pesty 8 students. the two gals were so fun to be with la! they were constantly teaseing each other. brought bk memories. for the first time, i realise ive grown. we manage to comb 9 blocks in three and a half hrs. the gals show a geat deal of endurance. 3 of us completed an extra block and the guys another before setting off to bbss for packing. boy, it was exhausting! i felt beside from learning stuffs on the mountain, such proj could bring out smth meaningful only to those whom experienced it. *piss* we got to see the many faces of singaporeans. ...at the end of the day, i brought smiles to many people; the one who donated and the one receiving (: organising trips isnt as easy as i thought it would and chiong-ing a business within 1 week is really crazy (im NOT goin to code anything for a while). what business? ![]() ORDER YOUR VDAY ROSES NOW! Rose Inc. not of professional quality but its the thought that counts! spread the msg thanksss Tschus! i saw the love birds smiling 0 comments |
