blogging serves as a memory machine that helped document the chronicles of the owner's life since 2005.

the owner has all rights to express opinions on this site and believes that no one should judge, comment and condemned because everyone have different perceptions of things around them.

running have always been and always will be the owner's favourite sport. in the past one year, the owner took up fencing, windsurfing and mountaineering to better help strengthen the body and mind. other sports that the owner loves are swimming, badminton, table tennis, xcountry, track and field, trekking, snorkelling, scuba diving, field hockey, biking, rugby. the sky is not the limit.

the owner has always been fascinated with music and believes that it is the universal language that gets across any barrier. all time favourite genres includes pop rock, punk rock, classical, flamenco and acoustic being the current one. guitar, the chosen instrument, has been with the owner since may 2007. all-things-guitar are self-taught, as the internet is a wonderful source of learning.

the love for travelling, the owner believes, has been nearly-explicitly written down on this blog. "the love for travelling" is actually an understatement, for the owner live to travel. the places that the owner have been to, although not that many yet, are pieces of puzzles that have taken their place in the owner's heart and soul and words are certainly incomparable with actual experiences.

photography has since played a major part in documenting the owner's travel experiences. thanks to the invention of cameras, the ability to capture emotions and actions of people and the awe of mother nature are made possible. a picture, and may the owner say a good one, paints a zeallion words. and that is the beauty of photography.

rugby aint a throwing-the-ball-around sport. teamwork, skill, pace, support, defense, communication makes up what a team should have. it makes me realise if u got no skill, u must have pace. and if u got none, be a support player. most importantly, stay with ur team.

and its true! u wouldnt want ur teammates to be awfully stress or beat out to the extent they cant communicate. the worst scenario is to let in a try. if the team's attack is poor, make sure the defend is up. few qns i would ask myself before entering the field, 'what am i doin here', 'whats my game plan', 'no mistakes on the field'. its always good to remind urself ur usefulness whenever u play. everyone is a valuable asset. if you cant be ur best, jolly well sub out.

ytd was extremely sad la! i didnt manage to complete 2.4 T.T its the first time i never complete a 2.4 run! still, i ran my best 3 rounds (:

sg: news reported that a guy was arrested ytd in his home at 9.45pm due to racist comments posted on his blog. he wrote abt another race who was sitting by the door of the mrt. so lame right? but this proves that even thou we have freedom of speech and you dont give a damn abt whoever is reading, such uncivilised posting will not be tolerated. omg! freaks me out if someone is tracking my blog to where im staying o.o!

china: days of rescued mission have change to become a relief aid mission. a woman was rescued today under the collapsed tunnel with reports saying that she suffers from multi fractures on her arm, rips and back. i feel for her! imagine one ligament is not enough, i have to break more, OUCH!
